On January 1, 2019, St. Isaac Jogues Church separated from the North American Martyrs Parish and became the St. Isaac Jogues Ghanaian Catholic Quasi Parish.

Records for sacraments received at St. Isaac Jogues after January 1, 2019 may be obtained from the St. Isaac Jogues Ghanaian Catholic office at 860-290-1880.
